Social meetings are held on the first Monday of each Month at 7:00pm (except the winter months of January & February)
Regular business meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:30pm. Officers meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00pm (Preceeding the regular business meeting)
There are two major events that the council hosts each year. The Cal Reetz Maple Syrup Festival (formerly called the Maple Syrup Festival) is held the end of March in the spring and the Venison/Beef Stew Dinner is held just before opening day of rifle deer season in the fall. Along with the Venison Stew dinner, the council sponsors a Rifle Raffle with the drawings for at least 8 prizes taking place at the end of the dinner.
Other activities include a Corporate communion preceded by a rosary (when there is a fifth Sunday in a month), Toosie Roll Drive (Columbus Day weekend) and an ARC Christmas Party for the mentally challenged. The council sponsors four or five "Food Trucks" for needy families throughout the year and a Christmas Holiday Food Basket for the needy the Friday before Christmas.The council also conducts monthly "Work Bees" to assist with maintenance on the church, church grounds and the cemetery.
